Day one...saving my sanity for myself, my husband and my kids.
Woke up this morning for my dreaded weekly hill run. Whew..rain. So I did the WOD (burpees, push ups, sit ups : 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 rounds for time.) 16 mins 15 secs. It feels good to get started and know that I am capable of doing this. Haircut for kids today, possibly a trip to Costco, PTC meeting, dinner for Dad's 73 birthday at Bohanan's
